"Kitayama-san's Konkatsu Diary" is about the guy from the employment agency who has been failing at finding a wife. "Konkatsu" is a relatively new word in the Japanese language which was created using the same idea as "Shuukatsu" which is an abbreviation of "Shuushoku Katsudou" which means "job-hunting", "looking for a job", etc. So "konkatsu" is an abbreviation of "Kekkon" and "Katsudou", thus I guess you could translate it as "wife-hunting/husband-hunting", or "looking for a wife/husband", hehe.
